Ability Scores

Experience

Starting characters are 1st level with 0 XP.

Replacement characters are one level below the lowest level character in the party (for example, if the surviving party members are levels 3, 4, and 4, the new character would start at level 2). However, if that would put them more than two levels below the highest level character, they start at the same level as the lowest level character (for example, if the surviving party members are levels 3, 4, and 5, the new character would start at level 3, as level 2 is more than two below 5). Their XP total is half that required to reach their next level (for example, a second level replacement character would have 2,000 XP — halfway between second and third level).

Gold

Alignment

I would prefer a substantial proportion of the party to be Good, however my only absolute requirement is that all characters are 1) able to work with others in the party and 2) willing to save the world.
